What is the difference between a note and a card?

A note is written on a full 8.5 x 11 page, the size of a sheet of letter paper, on crisp white stock or 25% cotton if you upgrade. A card is a thank-you card on heavy stock, blank inside, so your words are the only thing on the page. Both go out in their own addressed envelope with postage included, and both are written in pen, never printed.

Do I have to write each note separately?

Yes, and that is on purpose. A thank-you note works because it greets someone by name and mentions the actual gift they picked out. A shared message that got copied to everyone would name the wrong gift for all but one person. So you write each note, and we do everything after that.

Is there a subscription or a contract?

No. You pay once, for the notes you are sending right now. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

How many notes can I send at once?

Between 5 and 100 in one order. If your list is longer than 100, you can send it as two orders.

Which cards do you use?

A small, hand-picked set of simple, classic thank-you cards on heavy stock, blank inside so your note has room. They suit a wedding, a shower, a graduation, or a sympathy note equally well. You will not have to scroll through hundreds of designs to find one you like.

When will they arrive?

We write every note individually, so a bigger list takes a little longer to leave here: up to 30 notes ship within 3 business days, 31 to 60 within 5, and 61 to 100 within 7. After that, plan on 8 to 10 business days in the mail. Ordinary first-class post is not tracked and does not all arrive on the same day, so expect a few to turn up later than the rest.

Can my return address go on the envelopes?

Yes, at no charge. Envelopes go out plain unless you add your address at checkout, and then that one address goes on every envelope in the order.
